It was just a fitting option for a mini-vacation in Harriman with exceptional value. The breakfast was excellent. I especially loved the sausage gravy. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, as the trains can be loud at night.

The King Room was clean and pretty comfy. I liked the pillows and bed—definitely a plus after a long drive. The bathroom had nice water pressure, which is always a win. However, it was a bit noisy due to being next to the train tracks and I got startled awake a couple of times during the night. Not having an exhaust fan was a downside too.
